Which charters does SOCHH accept funds from?
SOCHH is currently an approved vendor with SCALE Leadership Academy, Excel Academy, Epic, and Suncoast Preparatory Academy, and Sky Mountain.
Does SOCHH get paid as soon as I place an order with my charter?
No, the charters do not allow vendors to request payments for your orders until after the month of service. Vendors are then paid on a 30-45 day cycle. For example, if you place an order in August, SOCHH can request payment in September and we are then paid in October.
What happens if my charter doesn’t pay SOCHH?
Families are responsible for all fees due. If a charter rejects an invoice or refuses to pay for a certificate families are required to pay for the amount out of pocket.
If I leave the program before the end of the year, do I get my registration fee back?
No, the registration fee is non-refundable.
If I pay for the year in full and leave early, do I get a refund?
No, SOCHH does not issue refunds if families choose to leave the program early.
