Below is a video of a basic tutorial of your Parent Portal and a walk-through of important things to know about your Parent Portal.
Instructions for first time logging in:
- Visit the page Parent Portal Login.
- When logging in for the first time, click “LOST PASSWORD” at the bottom and a link to reset the password will be sent to the email address which was provided on your registration forms
- Your username is the parent’s first name and last name that was provided with the registration forms. (Example: Vanessa Vazquez —> vanessavazquez)
- Follow the prompts within the email to select a password and make note of your new log in and password for future use.
Once you’ve logged in, your invoice and payment history can be found under Billing Statement.
If you are a charter families, there is a section where you can upload your monthly certificates. Please remember that we do not have access to your charter ordering information so it is very important for you to send us the certificate to ensure accurate billing.
In your portal you can also view the school handbook, financial agreements, and important notices from SOCHH.
